Brian has advised clients on a wide variety of legal matters for many years.

His areas of expertise cover Probate, including Probate Disputes, Wills and Succession Planning and all Property related matters. He also has considerable experience in general litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Brian also advises generally on the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with extensive experience of Mediation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.

Caitriona qualified as a solicitor in 1994 in Northern Ireland and after working there for a number of years, moved to work in Dublin since 1997.

Her main area of practice is in the area of Property Law, covering sales, purchases, refinancing and leasing of property. Caitriona also has considerable experience also in Probate, Wills and Estate planning.
